Job Description :
- Liaise with line managers to review and develop Job Description of staff.
- Administer and track process for overseas posting.
- Handle Compensation and Benefits survey compilation.
- Handle assessment screening for the selection process.
- Assist in the performance management process; administer the annual salary and bonus review.

Requirements :
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in HRM.
- Familiarity with psychometric assessment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and sensitivity to figures.
- Proficient in MS Excel Application.
- Team player, resourceful with good communication skills.
