Job Description :
- Assist the project team in administrative duties.
- Inventory monitoring and prepare checklist and items for installation.
- Monitor the production schedule with the installation schedule of the projects.
- Assist in the sourcing and purchase of tools and accessories.
- Liaise with suppliers & sub-contractors.
- Ad hoc duties as and when assigned by management.
Requirements :
- Min GCE O level is preferred.
- Have 1-2 years experience preferably in construction or signage industry.
- Must be organized and able to handle stress.
- Good Interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
- Proactive, energetic, resourceful and with a drive to succeed.
- Proficient in MS Office application.
- Fluent command in English and Mandarin.
- Must be able to start work immediately.
