Job Description :
- Responsible for the day to day running of the mall’s new members’ lounge and its main Customer Service area.
- To foster strong member relations so as to increase active support of the loyalty programme.
- Responsible for acquiring new members and encouraging strong response to the mall’s promotions.
- Manage the in house CRM system and work closely with partners to ensure deployment of member and shopper benefits.
- Manage a team of Guest Service Officers and ensure that service standards are maintained through constant training and coaching.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in the retail and hospitality industry.
- Have 2 years supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, problem solving and people relations skills.
- Able to generate basic reports and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, a team player, service oriented with strong initiative.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Job Information :
- Working Location : Jurong Point
- Working Salary : $1800 - $2500.
- Working Days : 5 1/2 days week (alternate saturday)
- Working Hours : 09:00-18:00(Mon-Fri) and 09:00-13:00(Alt. Sat)
